Kartik, in his current role as Co-Founder/CEO of Halcyon, is responsible for Sales, Business Development and Innovation, as well as the creation of Technology assets. He has held several senior management roles in Fortune 100 and Big 5 Consulting firms in USA. Kartik has over twelve years of experience in the IT industry before he co-founded Halcyon. He has extensive breadth of experience as an Executive in the Technology Industry. Kartik has been responsible for developing several systems in the Automotive Industry including CRM, ERP and several financial applications. While at Halcyon, Kartik has contributed significantly in various capacities to the company’s growth.

Srinivas Kakarala

Srinivas is the Co-Founder/COO of Halcyon. In his current role, he sets the direction and roadmap for achieving the organizational objectives. Srinivas’ command over emerging technologies and their application to radically improve efficiency with the existing systems and processes can be aptly termed as industry thought leadership. As the COO, Srinivas frequently raised the performance bar to help the organization scale new heights while leveraging human capital without geographical boundaries. He has an uncanny ability to identify and nurture the right talent, thereby consistently enriching Halcyon’s topnotch human capital. He mentors each dimension of Halcyon’s ecosystem in delivering tangible returns to our global customers from their relationship with Halcyon.

Tyler Hall

Tyler Hall is a successful founder, CEO, tech leader, investor, advisor, motorcycle enthusiast, dad and husband. As the founder and CEO of a VC backed automotive tech company Drivably, Tyler led the company through an acquisition in 2022 and prior to that founded multiple companies and was an early employee and executive at Domo (NYSE: DOMO) and HireVue (Acquired for $511m by The Carlyle Group).

Tyler has been through all of the ups and downs of entrepreneurship, but it wasn’t until he experienced nearly losing his wife during 2022 to a complicated pregnancy issue that made him pause and reflect on his experiences and the next steps for his own journey.

Tyler has now shifted his focus from building his own companies to helping build the world’s best CEOs and organizations through coaching, advising, investing, and all around holistic support. As a coach, Tyler uses proven frameworks to help leaders unlock areas in their personal and professional life where they are stuck, or insecure, and introduce them to a new world in which empathy and emotional presence are a competitive advantage.

His unique insights and lived experiences make him an incredible sounding board, accountability partner, star strategic advisor, and someone you want in your corner as you navigate the ups and downs of building a company.
